Lakers own, Lou Williams, has really taken over the Lake Show this 2016/17 season showing the team and fans they have much to look out for post Kobe-era. Williams has been on fire, being not only a vital bench player but also a starting contender for the Lakers this season.
Williams is constantly proving his value as a key veteran player on the Lakers, with not one, but two 38+ point games this week. In two nail biting losses to the Memphis Grizzlies and the Utah Jazz, Williams still managed to fight till the end putting up 40 points against the Grizzles and 38 points against the Jazz. Lou Williams is arguably one of the top players on the Lakers and a significant factor to their team, causing him to be in high talks to be a potential winner of the NBA 6th Man of the Year Award... for the 2nd time.
Lets continue to cheer on Lou Williams and the Los Angeles Lakers as they show the NBA they are still one of the Franchise's greatest teams.
